Pursuant to the code of conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting trading by insiders of the Company under SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the Securities of the Company by its designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st April, 2025, and will end 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.
