As at\nNovember 27, 2006 there were 18,726,318 shares of common stock (\"Shares\") in\nthe public float. WGI proposes to acquire up to a maximum number of 1,872,631\nshares, being 10% of the public float, and not more than 2% of shares during\nany thirty day period.\nPurchases will be affected through the facilities of the Toronto Stock\nExchange. WGI believes that due to volatility in financial markets, the shares\nmay, from time to time, be undervalued in the market and would constitute a\ngood investment for the Company. All shares purchased will be cancelled.
