The term of the Company's current Chief Executive\nOfficer, Covell Brown, expires on April 30, 2008. Mr. Brown has agreed to\ncontinue serving as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and\nto continue to lead the process by which the Special Committee of the Board is\ncurrently considering strategic alternatives for the Company. Mr. Brown will\nalso continue to serve as the Chairman of WGI's Indian subsidiary.\n\n\nThe Board of Directors is pleased that Mr. Emerson has agreed to assume\nthe interim CEO role as he has had a long-standing relationship with the\nCompany, serving as its Chief Financial Officer from 1996 until November, 2005\nand then as Senior Vice President, Corporate Performance from November, 2005\nuntil being promoted to his current duties as President, North American\nOperations in August, 2006.
