(TSX: WG)\ntoday announced the resignation of its CFO and Corporate Secretary, June\nPerez.\nEffective May 16, 2006, June Perez tendered her resignation citing\npersonal reasons. The Company has asked Greg Emerson to fill the role as\nActing CFO until such time as a suitable replacement can be found. Mr. Emerson\nserved as CFO for the Company from 1995 to 2005 and is well positioned to\nreassume this role. The Company has commenced a new executive search to fill\nthe role of CFO.
