(\"Wellgreen\") is pleased to announce the voting results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the \"AGM\") that was held on June 29, 2017.\n\nAll of the following business items were approved at the AGM by the requisite majority of shareholder votes cast at the meeting:\n\n\nsetting the size of the Board at seven;\nelecting each of the management-nominated directors;\nappointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as Wellgreen's auditor;\namending the share-based compensation plan; and\nterminating the shareholder rights plan.\n\nThe seven directors of Wellgreen elected at the AGM are: Michele S.
