(NKL: TSX-V)(the \"Company\") is pleased to announcing the closing of its non-brokered private placement previously announced on December 17, 2010. An aggregate of 15,000,000 units (the \"Units\") were sold at a price of $0.07 per Unit raising gross proceeds of $1,050,000.Each Unit consisted of one (1) common share of the Company and one (1) share purchase warrant (a \"Warrant\"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one (1) common share of the Company for a period of two years from the closing of the Financing, at a price of $0.10 per share.
