(formerly Conic Metals Corp.) (TSXV: NKL) (\"\n \n Nickel 28\n \n \" or the \"\n \n Company\n \n \") for the nomination of five highly-experienced and independent directors to be elected to the board of directors of Nickel 28 (the \"\n \n Board\n \n \" or \"\n \n Board of Directors\n \n \") at the upcoming annual general and special meeting to be held on\n \n June 12, 2023\n \n (the \"\n \n AGM\n \n \" or the \"\n \n Meeting\n \n \").\n \n \n As of the record date for the Meeting, being\n \n April 24, 2023\n \n , Pelham LP beneficially owned, or controlled or directed, directly or indirectly, an aggregate of 5,972,300 common shares of Nickel 28 (the \"\n \n Common\n \n \n Shares\n \n \"). As of the date of the Notice, Pelham LP beneficially owned, or controlled or directed, directly or indirectly, an aggregate of 9,947,878 Common Shares (representing approximately 10.8% of the Company's Common Shares).
