[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8253K Nichols PLC 02 August 2013 \n \n\nNichols Plc (the \"Company\")\n \nGrants under the Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\")\n \nThe Company announces that on 31 July 2013, Marnie Millard, Group Chief Executive was awarded 17,561 options (the \"Share Options\") over ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") in the capital of the Company under the Nichols PLC Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\"), which was established in 2008 (and subsequently amended in 2010 and 2013). \n \nNo consideration was paid for the grant of the Share Options. The Share Options will become exercisable subject to the continued employment of the participant and the satisfaction of a number of performance conditions relating to the Company's profit before tax for the year ending 31 December 2013 (\"PBT\"), with the number of Share Options exercisable dependent on the PBT achieved.
