Brendan joined the Board of Nichols\nplc as Group Finance Director in 2002, having previously been Group Finance\nDirector of William Baird plc and KPS plc.\n\nThe Board has already commenced the process to recruit a new Group Finance\nDirector.\n\n\nJohn Nichols\n\nThe Board is also pleased to report it has accepted John's request to move from\nExecutive Chairman to Non-executive Chairman of the PLC Board.\n\nJohn will remain as Executive Chairman until a new Finance Director has been\nappointed and both he and Brendan have settled into their new roles.
