[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n4 March 2024 \nNexus Infrastructure plc \n(\"Nexus\" or the \"Group\") \n \nNotice of Annual General Meeting \n \nNexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a market-leading provider of essential infrastructure solutions, has issued the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to shareholders, including the form of proxy, for the year ended 30 September 2023. \n \nThe Notice of Meeting is now available to be viewed in the investor section of the Company's website at www.nexus-infrastructure.com. The AGM will be held at 9:00am on Thursday 27 March 2024 at Nexus Park, Avenue East, Skyline 120, Great Notley, Braintree, Essex, CM77 7AL. \n \nThe Directors have made arrangements to enable shareholders to either attend the meeting in person or virtually. To attend virtually, shareholders must pre-register by contacting the Company Secretary by email: [email protected]. Whilst shareholders attending virtually will be able to ask questions, they will not be able to vote and are therefore encouraged to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy electronically or by post, as detailed in the Notice of AGM. \n \nAs previously announced, the annual report and accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 30 September 2023 will be published on 22 March 2024 and the Company will convene a separate general meeting on 16 April 2024 at which the receipt of the annual report and accounts, the approval of a final dividend and the reappointment of auditors will be put to shareholders.
