(“\n \n \n Nexus\n \n \n ” or the “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ”) (TSXV:NXS\n \n \n )\n(\n \n \n OTC:NXXGF\n \n \n ) (\n \n \n FSE:N6E)\n \n \n \n \n is pleased to announce\n \n \n it has mobilized\nits\n \n \n geological team and diamond drill crews and\nequipment\n \n \n to its 100% owned Dakouli 2 Gold\nConcession, located in Burkina Faso, West Africa.\n \n \n \n \n The planned 2000 meter diamond drill program\n(approximately 12-15 holes) is designed to expand on gold\nmineralization recently identified in the Reverse Circulation\n(“RC”) drill program completed at the 98-sq km property in\nDecember 2020.   Drilling is expected to commence in the next 24\nhours.\n \n \n \n \n The RC drilling targeted a zone measuring approximately\n450 meters in strike length to depths of 100 meters in the Northeast\ncorner of the project ground (significant results presented in the\nfollowing table).  Diamond drilling will be used to test and expand\nthis area and enhance the geological understanding of the\nmineralization encountered there as well as supplement the knowledge\nof the geological and structural elements and controls.  In addition\nto confirmation drilling the Company intends to test the strike\nextension of this new zone by testing coincidental soil, termite mound\ngeochemistry and geophysics which shows a trend extending for some\n1100 meters west of the RC drilling location.\n \n \n \n \n “Diamond drilling will greatly enhance our geological\nand structural understanding of the mineralization at Dakouli,” said\nWarren Robb, Senior VP Exploration.  “Given that we have already\nobserved coarse visible gold from several grab samples we have\nrecovered there, we are eager to see how this relates to the broader\ngold intercepts we encountered in the RC drilling,” continued Mr.\nRobb.\n \n \n \n \n “The goal is to define the extent of the east-west\nstrike, along the trend where discovery was made,” said president\n& CEO, Alex Klenman.  “There i...
