The Claims are located approximately 95 km northwest of Fort St. James in the Omineca Mining Division, in Central BC. They cover a contiguous area of 1,400 hectares (approximately 3,460 acres).\n\n \n \nThe Claims overlie extensions of the Trembleur Ultramafic Unit which is host to the Baptiste Nickel Deposit just 4.0 km along strike to the southeast. In February the Joint Venture partners announced an indicated nickel resource of 1.159 billion tonnes containing 3.169 billion pounds of nickel and an additional inferred resource of 870,400,000 tonnes containing 2.398 billion pounds of nickel.\n\n \n \nTo fully exercise the option the Company will have to pay to the Optionor a total of $315,000 and issue to the Optionor 400,000 shares of the Company. Upon acceptance of the Agreement by the TSX Venture Exchange (\"Exchange\") $20,000 in cash became due to be paid and 75,000 shares will be issued. The remaining cash and shares will be payable in annual tranches over a period of five years.
