Next Meats Holdings, Inc. Acquires 100% Ownership of Mama Foods Co., Ltd.

Tokyo, Japan – Next Meats Holdings, Inc. (“Next Meats Holdings” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that on May 1, 2026, the Company acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Mama Foods Co., Ltd. (“Mama Foods”) from White Knight Co., Ltd. for a total purchase price of JPY 30 million.

As a result of this transaction, Mama Foods has officially become a wholly owned subsidiary of Next Meats Holdings.

Mama Foods, headquartered in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, Japan, is a long-established food manufacturing company with extensive experience in prepared foods, food processing, and OEM manufacturing. The company has supported the production and quality control of various food products in Japan and has played an important role in the manufacturing operations related to Next Meats products.

Through this acquisition, Next Meats Holdings aims to further strengthen its operational structure, manufacturing capabilities, and food development platform as the Company continues to expand its plant-based and food technology businesses globally.

The acquisition is expected to create stronger synergies across the Company’s food production, logistics, and product development operations while improving efficiency and scalability for future growth initiatives.
