Revocation Order

AllyMe Group, Inc.

Section 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418

¶ 1 On June 3, 2019, the Executive Director ordered under section 164(1) of the Act that trading in the securities of AllyMe Group, Inc. (AllyMe) cease (the cease trade order) until it files the required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.

¶ 2 AllyMe provided the Executive Director further information to show its business was not directed or administered in or from British Columbia.

¶ 3 Based on this new information, the Executive Director is satisfied that AllyMe is not an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets. Therefore, AllyMe is not required to file the records.

¶ 4 The Executive Director considers that to revoke the cease trade order would not be prejudicial to the public interest.

¶ 5 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.
