[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nStatement re Trading Statement and Directorate Change\n\nNext Fifteen Communications Plc\n\n  \n \n \n Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (“Next 15” or “the Company”)\n \n \n AGM trading update and Board appointment\n \n \n Trading remains strong and ahead of management expectations\n \n \nAs stated in Next 15's announcements on 20 May 2022, 6 June 2022 and 17 June 2022, the revenue growth of Next 15 has continued to be strong, helped further by the strength of the US dollar. For the three-month period to 30 April 2022, total revenues increased by approximately 68 per cent. compared with the same period last year, to £130 million, with organic revenue growth of approximately 37 per cent. Trading continued to be strong throughout May 2022 and adjusted profit before tax remains ahead of management expectations.\n\n \nNext 15 is also pleased to announce that Paul E. Butler has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Paul’s appointment adds further US experience and complementary skills to the Board. Paul is an expert in business development, strategy, and operations, with more than 20 years of experience in the media, entertainment, and consulting industries. He is currently President & Chief Transformation Officer at New America, a U.S.-based think tank founded in 1999. Before this, he was Chief Operating Officer at sparks & honey, the Omnicom-owned cultural intelligence consultancy.\n\n \nCommenting on Paul’s appointment, Penny Ladkin-Brand, Chairman said: “Paul is a great addition to our Board, adding complementary experience in consultancy and transformation which is highly relevant as we continue to utilise technology and data as a growth consultancy.
