These Ordinary Shares are in respect of the vesting of an RSU award in relation to M Booth Health LLC. It is expected that admission will become effective on 8 December 2025.\n\nThe new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. Following the allotment of the new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 101,028,935 Ordinary Shares in issue.
