The NEX trading platform is a separate board of the TSXV.\n\n \n\nAs of February 8, 2016, the Company is subject to restrictions on share issuances and certain types of payments as set out in the NEX policies.\n\n \n\nThe Company's common shares will trade on the NEX under the symbol NSY.H.
