The technical report (the \"\n \n PFS Report\n \n \"), entitled \"Goliath Gold Complex – NI 43-101 Technical Report and Prefeasibility Study\" and dated\n \n March 27, 2023\n \n , with an effective date of\n \n February 22, 2023\n \n , was prepared by Ausenco Engineering Canada Inc. and is available under the Company's profile on SEDAR at\n \n www.sedar.com\n \n and on the Company's website at\n \n www.treasurymetals.com\n \n .\n \n \n During the final validation and completion of the PFS Report, a minor adjustment was made to the Goliath Gold Complex Total Probable Tonnes disclosed in \"Table 2: Goliath Gold Complex Mineral Reserve Estimate\" in the\n \n \n February 22, 2023\n \n news release\n \n —from 25,574,000 tonnes to 25,754,000 tonnes.
