(\"NexGen\" or the \"Company\")\n \n (TSX: NXE) (NYSE: NXE) announces that due to COVID-19 protocols, the Company will be providing a webcast facility, in addition to the previously announced teleconference facility and is encouraging participants to follow the conduct of the Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") via these facilities and not in person.\n \n \n A presentation by Leigh Curyer, Chief Executive Officer, will follow the formal portion of the AGM, after which a question-and-answer session will be held.
