She currently serves as a Director at Nasdaq-listed Royal Gold Inc., NYSE-listed IAMGOLD Corporation and TSXV-listed Noront Resources Ltd. She is also on the Board of Directors of the Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre in Toronto, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing child and youth services and support. Previously, she was Senior Vice-President and General Counsel and a member of the executive leadership team at Barrick Gold Corporation. In that capacity, she was responsible for overall management of legal affairs, extensively engaged in that company's significant M&A and financing transactions and involved in a wide range of operational, regulatory, political and social aspects of the mining business.\n\nShe holds a Law degree from of the University of Toronto and has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program and obtained the ICD.D designation from the...
