(\"NexGen\" or the \"Company\") (TSX: NXE, NYSE MKT: NXE) announces that Bruce Sprague has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer effective November 29, 2019.  Leigh Curyer, Chief Executive Officer, the Board and all whom worked with Bruce at NexGen would like to thank him for his contributions and efforts.
