[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nAmong Elite Few U.S. Companies to Achieve CMMI Maturity Level 5\n\nWASHINGTON, Oct. 24 /CNW/ - Nortel Government Solutions(x), a U.S. company\nwholly owned by Nortel(x) (NYSE/TSX: NT), has attained an elite process\nimprovement rating based on assessment of its performance in managing on-time\ndelivery of high-quality services and products to U.S. Federal Government\nagencies.\nThe Information Systems Solutions Sector of Nortel Government Solutions\nhas achieved a Capability Maturity Model(x) Integration (CMMI(x)) Maturity Level 5\nrating from a team of independent evaluators certified by the Carnegie Mellon\nSoftware Engineering Institute (SEI).\nNortel Government Solutions achieved this rating, based on evaluation of\nsoftware and systems engineering processes for mission-critical systems, in\nOctober.
