Correction - Total Voting Rights

Correction to announcement number 2515V made at 18:28 on 13 August 2025 ('Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights'). The RNS has been corrected to reflect the total voting rights figure. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Total Voting Rights

Following the Buyback, the Company's issued share capital consists of 429,969,475 ordinary shares of one pence each with voting rights, of which 3,985,418 ordinary shares are held in the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) and no shares are held in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 425,984,057.

The above figure of 425,984,057 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
