Accordingly, the Company issued\n 833,334 shares of common stock (\"Shares\") in exchange for the exercised\n warrants. The warrants were exercisable at a price of $0.90 per share\n until October 29, 2011.\n\n\nThe proceeds are in addition to the $750,000 received by the Company\n from the exercise of warrants on July 28, 2011.
