Newmont Announces Pricing of its Tender Offers for $2 billion of Certain Outstanding Series of Notes

The Tender Offers are being made pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the offer to purchase, dated July 28, 2025 (the “Offer to Purchase”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to those terms in the Offer to Purchase.
