The new shares have been\nissued following the exercise of warrants by the loan note holders at 1p per\nshare.\n\nFollowing the issue of the new shares, the following director's shareholding has\nchanged as follows:\n\n New shares New shareholding % now held\nAlexander Reid 15,000,000 33,237 16.4\n\nThe other 60 million shares were issued to companies wholly owned by Mr E Dwek,\nand as a consequence the Company has been informed that Mr E Dwek is now the\nbeneficial owner of 76,000,000 ordinary shares, which represents 17.0% of the\nissued share capital of the Company.\n\nThe 75 million new shares have been issued and allotted as fully paid up and\nrank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary share capital\nof the Company.\n\nIt is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the new\nshares on AIM will commence on 28 July 2006.\n\n\n\n\n This information is provided by RNS\n The company news service from the London Stock Exchange\n \n ","length":1548,"tagName":"div"}]
