[{"type":"text","content":"\n Newmark Security PLC\n27 March 2008\n\n\n\n\n Newmark Security PLC ('the Company')\n\n Additional Listing\n\n\nThe Board of Newmark Security PLC is pleased to announce that 1,474,500 new\nordinary shares of 1 pence each ('New Ordinary Shares') were allotted on 27\nMarch 2008 to holders of Global Depository Receipts ('GDR'S') of Vema N.V., a\nsubsidiary company. The New Ordinary Shares have been issued and allotted in\nrelation to a share offer originally made in 2002 to acquire the GDR's of Vema\nand Newmark recently repeated the offer to the remaining GDR holders prior to\nthe proposed liquidation of Vema.\n\nThe New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued\nordinary share capital of the Company.\n\nApplication has today been made for the admission of these shares to trading on\nthe AIM market of London Stock Exchange PLC.\n\nIt is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the\n1,474,500 New Ordinary Shares on AIM will commence on 2nd April 2008.\n\nFor the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share \ncapital on admission of the 1,474,500 New Ordinary Shares will be 450,432,316.\n\nThe Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 450,432,316 \nordinary shares of 1p pence each, with one voting right per share. \nThere are no shares held in treasury.\n\nThe total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 450,432,316.\n\nThe above figure of 450,432,316 may be used by shareholders as the denominator \nfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify \ntheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the \nFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.\n\n\n\n\n This information is provided by RNS\n The company news service from the London Stock Exchange\n \n ","length":2058,"tagName":"div"}]
