Executive Managing Director Joel Simmons of Newmark's Debt and Structured Finance Group arranged the financing. The loan was placed with Apollo Global Management (Apollo) on behalf of the company's externally managed mortgage REIT, Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance Inc.
