FALLS CHURCH, Va., Sept. 19 /CNW/ -- VECTr Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VECT) and Luxell Technologies Inc. (TSX: LUX) announced a joint collaboration agreement today to develop new business opportunities for VECTr Systems' MG series of airborne mission management systems. This affiliation will offer major international systems integrators access to VECTr Systems' moving map technology and Luxell's flat panel display expertise & products as a single package.
