(TSX:LUX) announced\ntoday that its Chief Technology Officer, Dr Woo Young Kim, has accepted an\ninvitation from Korea's Hoseo University in Asan City to join its faculty as\nProfessor at the School of Display Engineering and Technology.\n\"Dr Kim has provided us with invaluable guidance during his term with\nLuxell\", said John Wright, CEO and President. \"We believe that his world-class\nskills in Flat Panel Display (FPD) technologies will be most effectively\nleveraged in this new position where he will be in direct contact with the\nleaders in this field.\"\nRecognizing that manufacturing leadership is currently centred in the\nAsia Pacific region, with Korea assuming an ever-increasing role in the FPD\ntechnology field, Mr. Wright added, \"The Company can readily appreciate the\npotential benefits resulting from having Dr Kim back in this environment.\"\nHoseo University is closely aligned with many of the major Korean FPD\nmanufacturers.
