Luxell's Aktelux captures important programs from Northrop Grumman's Lital division

TORONTO, Sept. 13 /CNW/ - Aktelux Corp. (a subsidiary of Luxell
Technologies Inc.) announced today it had been selected by Northrop Grumman
Corporation, Lital S.p.A., Pomezia - Italy to be its developer and
manufacturer of the Digital Control Panel (DCP) for its latest variant of the
LISA series of AHRS/GPS navigation/ guidance systems. Lital's AHRS/GPS systems
are gaining increasing acceptance in world markets, and the selection of
Aktelux for this role is considered an important technical and economic event.
The initial contract will provide for the development, qualification and
production of 145 DCPs, which constitutes anticipated production for the
initial 2006 year, of a multi-year program.
In a separate understanding, Aktelux and Lital agreed to co-develop a new
Attitude Heading Display Instrument (ADI), based upon Luxell technologies,
conforming the avionics 4ATI characteristic, that will incorporate Multi-
Function Display (MFD) capabilities.
The exact contract details of these awards are withheld, as competition
sensitive information.
