(TSX:LUX) announces it\nis providing an update to its financial reporting delay in accordance with CSA\nNotice 57-301 - Failing to File Financial Statements on Time - Management\nCease Trade Orders and OSC Policy 57-603 - Defaults by Reporting Issuers in\nComplying with Financial Statement Filing Requirements. In addition and if\nneeded, the Company will file another bi-weekly update to ensure its\ncompliance with these requirements.\n\n\nThe Company has been advised by its auditors that the annual financial\nstatements for fiscal 2006 are now in final review stage and the Company\ntherefore expects to be able to file its delayed audited financial statements\nand MD&A on or before March 9, 2007, instead of the previously announced date\nof February 28, 2007.
