(TSX: LUX)\nreports that it has successfully passed the Critical Design Review ("CDR") for\ntwo special ruggedized 12.1 military displays for use on the Airbus A400M.\n\n\nThe CDR is a customer approved milestone that reviews the design,\ndocumentation, and evaluation data. CDR represents both a major program and\npayment milestone. To support the CDR, Luxell had provided 10 prototype units\nfor evaluation that demonstrated excellent performance, exceeding critical\nrequirements. The CDR acceptance clears the way for Luxell to deliver pre-\nproduction units to its client - one of the world's top suppliers of defense\ntechnology and security equipment.\n\n\nThe new displays are the Video Display (VDU) and Multi-functional Display\n(MFD) and are used in the Loadmaster Workstation (LMWS) for the A400M.\n\n\nThe Airbus A400M is a new generation of military transport that carry\ncargo loads that include armoured combat vehicles, artillery, helicopters,\nexcavators and dump trucks.\n\n\nThis latest product success enables Luxell to add another maintenance and\nmission application oriented display to the company's line of ruggedized flat\npanel products.\n\n\nAbout Luxell:\n\n\nLuxell designs, manufactures and licenses flat panel display technologies\nand solutions for Defense and Avionics industries.
