(TSX:LUX) announces it\nis providing an update to its financial reporting delay in accordance with CSA\nNotice 57-301 - Failing to File Financial Statements on Time - Management\nCease Trade Orders and OSC Policy 57-603 - Defaults by Reporting Issuers in\nComplying with Financial Statement Filing Requirements. In addition and if\nneeded, the Company will file another Bi-weekly update to ensure its\ncompliance with these requirements.\n\n\nAs previously announced, the Company confirms that it expects to file the\nannual financial statements on or before February 28, 2007.
