Luxell Provides Business Update

(TSX:LUX) is pleased to\nreport that its repeat order and customer support business continues to\nstrengthen with customers such as Lockheed Martin (U.S.) and Technobridge\n(Japan). This includes Luxell display products used onboard the P3 Orion\nMaritime Patrol and CH47 helicopter aircraft.\n\n\nJean-Louis Larmor, Luxell's CEO, said that "we have taken tremendous\nstrides in building awareness for the service and product support side of the\nbusiness... for example, over the past week we logged over $400,000 in product\nsupport contracts. We see this continuing to grow in importance as a key\nrevenue-producing activity, especially as the cumulative number of deliveries\ncompleted increases and programs extend beyond standard warranty periods. Over\nthe past several months we have shipped and booked close to $1.5 million with\nseven of our customers in this aerospace and defense segment. At the same time\nour new proposal activities are focusing on opportunities with a growing\nnumber of new potential customers, specifically in the military and commercial\naerospace sectors."\n\n\nThe Company recently presented its products and capabilities at a\nEuropean aerospace and defense industry conference in Italy and will also be\npursuing new opportunities at CANSEC 2008, a Canadian security and defense\nindustry conference, and at Aeromart 2008, in Montreal.
