(TSX:LUX) and IRTS,\nCorp. of Toulon, France, today announced they have entered into a strategic\nteaming agreement to jointly pursue sales and marketing opportunities in North\nAmerica and Europe with a particular focus on flat panel displays for the\naerospace, defence and commercial industries.\n\n\nJean-Louis Larmor, Luxell's CEO, describes the agreement "as an excellent\nstrategic fit to expand our product and sales opportunities. One of our key\ngoals has been to expand our footprint and ties in Europe. Through that\nagreement IRTS will be able to market our Aerospace products and we shall\nbenefit from access to IRTS renowned Ruggedized Flat Panel Displays for naval\napplications." Both companies expect to increase their sales through that\ntwo-way street relationship.\n\n\nPatrick Roynette, senior V.P.
