Luxell Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

(TSX:LUX) (the\n"Corporation") announced that at the annual general and special meeting, held\non February 29, 2007, shareholders approved by majority vote the matters set\nout in the company's proxy statement.\n\n\nThe items voted upon included the election of Anthony DeCristofaro,\nChristopher Carl, John MacDonald, Giulio Vitali, David Pasieka and Jean-Louis\nLarmor to the Board of Directors for terms ending upon the 2008 annual\nshareholders meeting.\n\n\nDr. Robert Bajcar, a company founder and longest-serving member of the\nBoard of Directors, was appointed to form and chair the Company's Research and\nScientific Advisory Committee.\n\n\nThe company's shareholders also ratified the appointment of McGovern,\nHurley, Cunnningham LLP, to serve as independent auditors for the Company\nduring fiscal year ending August 31, 2008, and for termination of the 1996\nStock Option Plan with the adoption of a new Stock Option Plan.\n\n\nIn addition, shareholders voted to permit the Corporation to issue during\nany 12 month period in respect of a private placement(s) and/or shareholder\nrights offering(s) or any combination thereof a number of common shares in\nexcess of 25% of the number of common shares issued by the Corporation.\n\n\nAbout Luxell\n\n\n------------\n\n\nLuxell designs, manufactures and licenses flat panel display technologies\nand product solutions for the aerospace and defense sectors.
