Specifically they are:\n\n\nRichard (Rick) Pepperall has been appointed to the position of Vice\nPresident Design and Engineering, effective January 8, 2007.\n\n\nRick comes to Luxell from L-3 Communications Electronic Systems (\"L-3\")\nwhere he was responsible for design and development engineering of display\nproducts. During his 26 years with L-3, Rick was involved with a wide range of\nengineering disciplines dealing with high technology military products. Over\nthe last 10 years, Rick's responsibilities included display products used in\nthe Apache helicopter, Boeing C17, and the A10, F18, F16 aircraft. He also\nprovided a technical interface with customers such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin\nand Harris Corporation. Rick obtained both his B.A.Sc and Master's in\nEngineering degrees from the University of Toronto.\n\n\nJean-Louis Larmor has been appointed Sr. Vice President Business\nDevelopment, effective January 2, 2007.\n\n\nJean-Louis' sales and marketing experience was gained in dealing with\nleading corporations and government agencies in the aerospace, defense and\nsecurity industries in both European and North American markets. His\nbackground includes positions with Thales International Canada and North\nAmerica (U.S.-based) as well as with Sextant Avionique, in both Canada and\nFrance, where he was responsible for strategy and business development.\nJean-Louis also spent several years in marketing and contracts management\npositions with Aerospatiale, France.\n\n\nAnthony (Tony) Pierro has been appointed Vice President of Operations\nwith additional responsibility for facility and security management.\n\n\nFollowing a combined 27 years of engineering and manufacturing experience\nin the aerospace and mining industries, Tony joined Luxell in 2005. His\nexperience includes more than 20 years with Northrop Grumman Canada (which was\npreviously Litton Systems Canada), where he held various engineering and\nmanagement positions. His responsibilities included managing the integrity of\nwork in design, processes, materials and products including AMLCD and\nnavigation systems for military applications.
