Jeanniot, O.C., C.Q., B.Sc., LL.D.,\nD.S., Brigadier-General (retired) Robert Pepper (Pep) Fraser, OMM, CD, P.Eng.,\nand Keith King to the Corporation's Board of Directors.\n\n\n - Mr. Jeanniot, O.C., C.Q FRAes is President and CEO of JINMAG Inc., a\n consulting, management and investment company which he founded in\n 1990 and which provides advice to governments, civil aviation\n authorities, airlines and other aviation-related companies. He also\n serves on the Board of a number of subsidiary companies of Scotia\n Bank, as well as Jet Airways, Travel Success Group, among others.\n\n Pierre Jeanniot was President and CEO of Air Canada from 1984 to\n 1990 and directed the privatization of the State-owned airline,\n which he then headed for the next two years.\n\n In 1993, he was appointed Director General and CEO of the\n International Air Transport Association (IATA). In June 2002, he was\n awarded the lifetime title of Director General Emeritus in\n recognition of his outstanding contribution to IATA and\n international civil aviation. He was named Officer of the Order of\n Canada in 1989, and appointed Chevalier de la Legion d'Honneur by\n the French government in 1991. In January 2008, he was elected a\n Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.\n\n\nJean-Louis Larmor, Luxell's CEO said, "We expect Mr. Jeanniot's wealth of\nknowledge of the commercial aerospace sector will be of great benefit to\nLuxell's continuing development and will add to our understanding of the\ndynamics and the players within this critical market segment. Considering his\nexperience on various boards of both small and large, international companies,\nMr. Jeanniot will also contribute to our governance management skills."\n\n\n - Mr. Fraser retired from the Canadian Forces in 1994 after 33 years\n of distinguished service. His last Canadian Forces assignment was at\n National Defence Headquarters (NDHQ), where he was Director General\n Communications & Electronics Development.\n\n Following his retirement, Mr. Fraser accepted a senior position with\n the NATO Airborne Early Warning and Control Programme Management\n Agency (NAPMA) in Brunssum, The Netherlands.
