(TSX:LUX) advises it\nhas been further delayed in filing its 4th quarter and annual financial\nstatements, as well as the annual Management Discussion & Analysis for the\nyear ended August 31, 2006 beyond the initially extended filing date of\nDecember 22, 2006.\n\n\nThe delay continues to be due to the Company's recent restructuring and\nthe volume of records the auditors are working through. The Company now\nexpects to file the annual financial statements on or before January 26, 2007.\nThe annual general meeting will be similarily delayed from February 28 to\nMarch 28, 2007.\n\n\nThe Company again confirms that its news release also complies with CSA\nNotice 57-301 - Failing to File Financial Statements on Time - Management\nCease Trade Orders and OSC Policy 57-603 - Defaults by Reporting Issuers in\nComplying with Financial Statement Filing Requirements.
