Luxell Announces CFO's Resignation

TORONTO, May 30 /CNW/ - Luxell Technologies Inc. (TSX:LUX) announces that Dean Ferraro, has resigned from the position of CFO, for personal reasons, effective May 25, 2007. He had been in the position for about six months and involved with completion of the previous year's audit during the Company's financial and debt restructuring phase. The Company reports that the immediate day-to-day requirements are being managed by the Company's finance group staff and a search for a replacement was already underway.
