Kruyne as the Company's Senior Vice\nPresident and CFO, effective October 1, 2007.\n\n\nMr. Kruyne has extensive international experience on the banking as well\nas corporate finance side. His banking career includes postings with Bank of\nAmerica in Europe, Asia and North America with responsibilities which included\ntrade finance, project finance and problem loan management.\n\n\nSince coming to Canada, he has held executive positions with Royal Bank\nFinancial Group, initially within its Corporate Banking Division with\nresponsibilities in the areas of Corporate Finance and Real Estate lending and\nlater with RBC Dominion Securities as Managing Director - Global Trade\nFinance. His background also includes positions on the corporate side as\nTreasurer at both Aecon Group Inc and Royal Group Technologies Limited, where\nhe established effective treasury teams and treasury discipline, with an\nemphasis on optimizing relationships with lenders.\n\n\nDavid Pasieka, Luxell's interim CEO, and a Director of the Corporation,\nsaid "we are greatly pleased to have Bernard join Luxell at this important\nstage in the Company's development.
