Luxell Announces Additional Fees for $6 Million Financing

(TSX:LUX) today announced\nthat it may pay increased fees to agents in respect of the $6.0 million\nfinancing announced in its press release of May 2, 2008. In respect of the\noffering, the Company may pay agents' fees of a cash commission of up to 8% of\nthe aggregate subscription proceeds plus an engagement fee of up to $25,000.\nIn addition, the Company may also grant to the agents a number of common\nshares of up to 8% of the number of units issued pursuant to the offering.
