Newbury Racecourse PLC announces that it has posted copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, along with notice of the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") to shareholders.  The AGM will be held in the Owners Club, Newbury Racecourse, Racecourse Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 7NZ on 5 June 2026 at 12:00 noon.
