(the \"Company\") (TSXV: NZ) (OTCQX: NZERF) announces the Company has resolved to extend the expiry date of 24,452,173 share purchase warrants issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement financing in November 2013 (the \"2013 Warrants\"), and to extend the expiry date of 17,000,000 share purchase warrants issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement financing in December 2014 (the \"2014 Warrants\"). The Company has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange to the expiry date extension.\nEach 2013 Warrant was exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.45 per share until October 28, 2015, which expiry date has now been extended to October 28, 2018. Each 2014 Warrant was exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.07 per share until December 15, 2015, which expiry date has now been extended to December 15, 2018. All other terms of the 2013 Warrants and 2014 Warrants remain unchanged and in full force and effect. \nWarrant holders are advised that replacement warrant certificates will not be issued.
