With this seismic project, the New Stratus continues with the\ntechnical evaluation of the block, previous to drill the exploration\nwell, which are both commitments with the ANH for the VMM 18 block in\nColombia.\n \n \n \n \n The VMM 18 E&P Contract is highly prospective for\nlight and medium gravity oil and is located in the Middle Magdalena\nBasin of Colombia covering a total area of 75,968 acres. Management of\nthe Company has identified a number of prospects and leads based on\nthe existing 2D and 3D seismic coverage on the block. Analogous nearby\ndiscoveries (Guaduas, Puli, Rio Seco, Toqui-Toqui) some of them in\nsimilar play-type, decreases the risk of the prospects in the VMM-18\nblock.
