(\"New Pacific\" or the \"Company\") (TSX: NUAG) (NYSE American: NEWP) is pleased to announce filing of an independent Preliminary Economic Assessment (\"PEA\") technical report for its Silver Sand project located in\n \n Potosi, Bolivia\n \n , with an effective date of\n \n November 30, 2022\n \n (the \"PEA Technical Report\").\n \n \n The PEA Technical Report was prepared in accordance with the Canadian Securities Administrators' National Instrument 43-101 –\n \n Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects\n \n (\"NI 43-101\").\n \n \n The Qualified Persons for the PEA Technical Report are Mr.\n \n Wayne Rogers P.Eng\n \n and Mr.\n \n Mo Molavi P.Eng\n \n both Principal Mining Engineers with AMC Mining Consultants (\n \n Canada\n \n ) Ltd.,  Mr.\n \n Morton Shannon\n \n , P.Geo, General Manager & Principal Geologist with AMC Mining Consultants (\n \n Canada\n \n ) Ltd., Mr.\n \n Andy Holloway P.Eng\n \n , Process Director with Halyard Inc., and Mr.\n \n Leon Botham P.Eng\n \n ., Principal Engineer with NewFields Canada Mining & Environment ULC. This is in addition to Ms. Dinara Nussipakynova, P.Geo., Principal Geologist with AMC Consultants (\n \n Canada\n \n ) Ltd. who estimated the Mineral Resources.
