(NASDAQ: NFE) (the “Company”) announced today that it intends to offer $250 million aggregate principal amount of additional 6.750% senior secured notes due 2025 (the “Additional Notes”) in a private offering, subject to market conditions. There are $1,000.0 million 6.750% senior secured notes due 2025 outstanding as of the date hereof. If consummated, the Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Additional Notes for general corporate purposes.\n\nThe Additional Notes and the guarantees thereof will be offered in the United States to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and to persons outside of the United States under Regulation S under the Securities Act.
