DM PRODUCTS - PRESS RELEASE
DM Products obtains DTC Approval
Costa Mesa, CA - July 6, 2007 - DM Products has been approved and accepted by the Depository Trust Company (DTC). The DTC is a member of the U.S. Federal Reserve System, a limited-purpose trust company under New York State banking law and a registered clearing agency with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The depository brings efficiency to the securities industry by retaining custody of some 2 million securities issues, effectively "dematerializing" most of them so that they exist only as electronic files rather than as countless pieces of paper. The depository also provides the services necessary for the maintenance of the securities it has in custody. Essentially, this allows shares of DM Products to be held directly in brokerage accounts ("Street Name") and eliminates the need for physical stock transfers.
"The cost associated with such a privilege is minimal in comparison with the value this service provides our shareholders." Said Kurt Cockrum, President and Chairman of DM Products.
DM Products, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Direct Success, Inc., develops, finances, produces, markets, and distributes unique and innovative health, beauty, fashion, fitness and other products for sales through infomercial marketing and distribution channels.
