(TSX.V: NAM; OTCQB:\nNMTLF; FSE: P7J.F) (“NAM” or “Company”) is pleased to announce\nits ESG/Sustainability Report for the year 2024-2025.  The scope of\nthis Report encompasses NAM’s newly acquired Newfoundland and\nLabrador Au-Sb properties (Nfld Au-Sb Properties) and Alaska Genesis\nPGM-Cu-Ni Project. \n\n\n \n\n\nNAM’s ESG/Sustainability Report is now available under the ESG tab\non its corporate website.\n\n\n \n\n\nHIGHLIGHTS:\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe report is based on frameworks outlined by both\nTCFD (Taskforce for\nClimate-related Financial Disclosures) and SASB (Sustainability\nAccounting Standards Board). This action was\ncompleted to ensure that the report aligns with important and industry\nbest practice. \n\n\n\nExploration activities during the reporting period were\nlimited to reconnaissance field visits and surface sampling. Fuel use\nassociated with these activities was minimal and considered immaterial\nto the Company’s overall emissions profile.
